These Terms & Conditions govern your use of beyondcommoneducation.com and the consulting services offered by Beyond Common Consulting, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide college admissions and educational consulting — guidance, strategy, and support — for students and families. Our services are advisory. The scope, fees, and deliverables of any engagement are set out in a separate agreement provided before work begins.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Admissions decisions are made solely by colleges and universities and depend on many factors outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any institution, any specific scholarship, or any particular outcome. Our role is to give you the best possible guidance and preparation.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit your own authentic work. We support and advise; we do not complete applications, essays, or coursework on a student’s behalf, and we do not condone misrepresentation in any application.

4. Fees

Fees, payment schedules, and any refund terms are described in your engagement agreement. Amounts shown on this website are indicative and may change.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this site and any materials we create for you remain our intellectual property unless your agreement states otherwise. You may use materials we provide for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
